INSPECTING NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
1Inspect the grip for wear, cuts, or cracks2Inspect the grip for deteriorationINSTALLING

4Install the splash panels; then install the front wheels and tighten to specifications using crisscross pattern5Lower the ATV and place the handlebar and caps into position on the steering post; then position the instrument pod mounts on top of the caps and secure with the four cap screwsTighten to specifications6Place the instrument pod into position; then secure with reinstallable rivets and the ignition switch locking ring
NOTE: Before installing grip, use contact spray or alcohol to clean the inside of the grip and the handlebar of glue residue, oil, or any other contaminant
1Apply liberal amount of Handlebar Grip Adhesive to the inside of the grip2Align the rivet hole in the grip with the rivet hole in the handlebar; then align the notch (inside the grip) with the slot in the handlebar and slide the grip onto the handlebar until it is fully seated3Wipe off any excess glue; then secure the grip with new rivet4Install the plug on the head of the rivet
