2Remove the cap from the filler neck and slowly pour the recommended amount of coolant into the system3Move the ATV outside or to well-ventilated area and start the engine allowing it to run for several minutes; then remove the filler cap and check the coolant levelAdd coolant as required until coolant is visible within one inch of the top of the filler neck4Install the filler cap on the filler neck so that the mounting locations on the cap align with line drawn through the overflow hoseDO NOT over-tighten the filler capCLEANING AND INSPECTING NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary

1Flush the radiator with water to remove any contaminants2Inspect the radiator for leaks and damage3Inspect all hoses for cracks and deteriorationDE492A

4Inspect all fasteners and grommets for damage or wearINSTALLING 1Position the fanfan shroud assembly on the radiator; then secure with existing hardware2Place the radiator with grommets and collars into position on the frame; then install the cap screws and nutsTighten securely3Install the upper and lower coolant hoses; then secure with hose clamps
