CLEANING AND INSPECTING
NOTE: Whenever part is worn excessively, cracked, or damaged in any way, replacement is necessary
3Install the front fender panel with the eight washers, four Phillips-head cap screws, and six nuts and tighten to specificationsNOTE: Do not over-tighten the cap screws and nuts securing the front fender panel
1Clean all gas tank components with parts-cleaning solvent2Inspect all hoses for cracks or leaks3Inspect gas tank cap and tank for leaks, holes, and damaged threadsINSTALLING
4Install the gas tank cap5Install the handlebar aligning the pins in the lower clamps with the locating holes in the bottom of the handlebarPlace the top clamps into position; then tighten the cap screws to specifications
