4Install the wheelTighten to specifications5Repeat this procedure for the other side; then adjust the brake (see Adjusting Front Wheel Brake in this sub-section)6Remove the ATV from the support standInstalling Rear Brake Pads
1Inspect the pads for gouges, chips, or wear2Inspect the disc for gouges, grooves, cracks, and warpage3Using calipers, measure the thickness of each brake pad4If the thickness of any brake pad is less than mm (0.08 in, the brake pads must be replacedNOTE: The brake pads should be replaced as set
1Place the inner pad spring clip into position and install the inner brake pad; then install the outer pad onto the holder pins
