4Install the lens cover NutsBoltsCap Screws
Tighten all nuts, bolts, and cap screwsMake sure rivets holding components together are tightReplace all loose rivetsCare must be taken that all calibrated nuts, bolts, and cap screws are tightened to specificationsFor proper torque values, see Section 10
! CAUTION
Tighten the lens cover screws only until they are snug
Switches
Each time the ATV is used, switches should be checked for proper operationUse the following list for referenceAIgnition switch engine will start (with brake lever compressed)BEmergency stop switch engine will stopCBrakelight switch brakelight will illuminate with brake lever(s) compressed
