2Place the radiator with cushions and spacers into position on the frame; then install the cap screws and nutsTighten securely3Install the upper and lower coolant hoses; then secure with hose clamps

4Install the front bumper (see Section 8)5Fill the cooling system (1.2 or 1.3 U.Sqt) with antifreezeCheck for leakage6Connect the fan wiring to the main wiring harnessInstall the body and seat (see Section 8)

1Drain the coolant from the engine; then remove the seat and body (see Section 8)2Disconnect the negative battery cable; then disconnect the positive cable3Remove the front bumper (see Section 8)4Remove the upper and lower coolant hoses5Remove the cap screws and nuts securing the radiator to the frame6Disconnect the fan wiring from the main wiring harness; then remove the radiatorfan assembly and account for the cushions and spacers7Remove the fan assembly from the radiatorCLEANING AND INSPECTING
