ASSEMBLINGINSTALLING
1Place the rotors into the pump housing making sure the alignment pin is in the groove of the rotor2Install the oil pump into the engine (see SectionRight-Side Components)REMOVING

Testing Oil Pump Pressure
NOTE: The engine must be warmed up to operating temperature for this test
1Remove the seat; then remove the fasteners securing the body to the frame and remove the bodySee Section 82Drain the engine coolant; then remove the radiator (see Radiator in this section)3Drain the engine oil from the tank and remove the oil tank protector (1)
1Connect the Arctic Cat Engine Tachometer (pn 0644-275) to the engine2Remove the oil galley plug; then connect the Oil Pressure Gauge (pn 0444-039) to the galley using an appropriate adapter
