5Insert the tie rod ends into the knuckles; then install the slotted nuts and tighten to specificationsLock the nuts with new cotter pins 6Insert the tie rod ends into the steering post arm; then install the slotted nuts and tighten to specificationsLock the nuts with new cotter pins
2Place the upper steering post bearings into the housings; then position on the steering post and secure the housings to the frame with two cap screwsTighten to specifications
3Install the tie rods and secure with the slotted nutsTighten to specifications; then install new cotter pins1 NOTE: If the slots do not align with the holes in the tie rod ends, tighten the nuts just enough to allow installation of the cotter pins
