Inspecting
1Inspect the pulley faces for wear, galling, or grooving2Inspect the O-rings on the movable face for nicks, tears, or swelling
2Apply multi-purpose grease to the O-rings and grease seals on the movable face; then install on the fixed face making sure the alignment marks are properly aligned
3Inspect two grease seals in the movable face for nicks, cuts, or damage
3Install the four pins and spacers into the fixed face hub; then pack the cam slots in the movable face with multi-purpose grease
