10With the 50 cm (20 in of rope exposed, hook the rope in the notch of the reel11Rotate the reel four turns counterclockwise; then release the rope from the notch and allow the rope to retract12Pull the rope out two or three times to check for correct tensioni NOTE: Increasing the rotations in step 11 will
1Inspect the clutch shoes for uneven wear, chips, cracks, or discolorationIf any shoe is damaged, replace the complete set2Inspect the clutch shoes for wear or damageIf any shoe is worn to the bottom of the groove, replace the complete set
