Removing Right-Side Components ACover
2Slide the clutch release arm and gear shift shaft out of the crankcase; then in crisscross pattern, remove the four cap screws securing the clutch release roller assembly
1Turn the gas tank valve to the OFF position and lay the ATV on its side; then remove the cap screws securing the right-side cover to the crankcaseRemove the coverNote the locations of the long cap screw and rubber washer and the two wire formsAccount for the gasket and for two alignment pins
3Remove the release roller assemblyAccount for four springs
