To adjust (set up) the auxiliary brake, use the following procedure NOTE: Removal of the right, rear wheel enhances access to the brake components
1Loosen the right-hand jam nut (wheel-side when viewing from behind) of the adjuster armAdjuster Arm
EInstall the wheelTighten to 5.5 kg-m (40 ft-Ib)5Burnish the brake pads (see Burnishing Brake Pads in this section)
