Rear Fender REMOVING

Adjusting Headlight
The headlights can be adjusted vertically and horizontallyThe geometric center of the HIGH beam light zone is to be used for vertical and horizontal aiming1Position the ATV on level floor so the headlights are approximately 6.1 (20 ft) from an aiming surface (wall or similar aiming surface)NOTE: There should be an average operating load on the ATV when adjusting the headlight aim
1Remove the seat (see Seat in this section)2Remove the rear rack (see Rear Rack in this section)3Remove side panels (see Front FenderSide Panels in this section)4Remove the cap screws and washers securing the fender to the frameNOTE: On the 400500 cc models, account for the battery hold-down bracket
