1Place the high driven gear onto the countershaft making sure the bearing, bushing, and washer are properly positionedSecure with the snap ring2Place the sliding dog onto the countershaft; then secure with the snap ringPlace the washer next to the snap ring3Place the low driven gear onto the countershaft making sure the bearing and bushing are properly positioned; then place the lock washers and washer onto the shaft4Place the reverse driven gear onto the countershaft making sure the bearing, bushing, and washer are properly positioned; then secure with the snap ring5Place the reverse gear dog onto the countershaft; then secure with the snap ring6Place drive gear #2 onto the countershaftNOTEhen nstall ing the countershaft assembly, account for the washer on each end of the shaftDRIVEN GEAR (400500 cc) Disassembling
