3To bleed the brake system, use the following procedureARemove the cover and fill the master cylinder to the maximum line of the reservoir with DOT Hi-Temp Brake Fluid (pn 1639-799)Fig2-91

BInstall and secure the cover; then slowly compress the brake lever several timesFig2-92

NOTE: During the bleeding procedure, watch the master cylinder reservoir very closely to make sure there is always sufficient amount of brake fluidIf the fluid level gets below the bottom line on the reservoir, refill the reservoir before the bleeding procedure is continued
DRepeat step until the brake lever is firmEAt this point, perform step B, C, and on the other FRONT bleeder screw; then move to the REAR bleeder screw and follow the same procedure
4Carefully check the entire hydraulic brake system that all hose connections are tight, the bleed screws are tight, the protective caps are installed, and no leakage is present
