3Install the new bulb by turning it clockwise while pushing in4Install the lens cover AHorizontal Loosen the nut beneath the headlight mounting grommet; then adjust for proper aimingTighten the nut securelyBVertical Loosen the nut on the side of the headlight housing; then adjust for proper aimingTighten the nut securely
! CAUTION
Tighten the lens cover screws only until they are snugCHECKINGADJUSTING HEADLIGHT AIM

Switches
Each time the ATV is used, switches should be checked for proper operationUse the following list for referenceAIgnition switch engine will startBEmergency stop switch engine will stopCReverse switch reverse indicator light illuminatesDHiLo switch headlight beam bright and dimEBrake switches rear brakelight illuminates
The headlights can be adjusted vertically and horizontallyThe geometric center of the HIGH beam light zone is to be used for vertical and horizontal aiming1Position the ATV on level floor so the headlights are approximately 6.1 (20 ft) from an aiming surface (wall or similar aiming surface)NOTE: There should be an average operating load on the ATV when adjusting the headlight aim
